HOW TO ENGAGE FOUNDER LUCAS
If you desire to schedule Founder Lucas and/or our Teaching Team, Destined STEPS, for a ministry engagement for your church, ministry and/or community event, please provide your basic event information via our link below. MINISTRY TRANSPORTATION POLICY
Our Ministry Engagement Policy governing the procurement of transportation regarding the booking of Founder Lucas stipulates that each ministry/organization will be responsible for the procurement of two (2) round-trip travel itineraries for Founder Lucas and her minor child. All airline/car rental reservations and itineraries governing ministry engagements must be procured (inclusive of purchase) within thirty (30) days of engagement confirmation. Engagement confirmation is considered the time in which our Headquarters is in receipt of the original copy of the Confirmed Ministry Agreement and Travel Sum. Daughters of Destiny International and our Founder reserve the right to require booking ministry/organization to send verification/confirmation of preferred airline carrier tickets, seating and/or itinerary. Approval of such must be received from our office, prior to purchase. If your ministry/organization has been approved to purchase an itinerary for Founder Lucas and her minor child, an e-ticket is preferred but not mandated. Confirmations of all itineraries (e-ticket and paper ticket) must be provided to us via our mailing address and/or electronic mail to the attention of our Ministry Engagement Department at MYDODINTLCal@AOL.com and carbon copied to our Chief Administrative Officer at DODUSAd@AOL.com.
If you desire to utilize our Ministry Travel Agency, COUNTRY PLACE TRAVEL INC. OF LAWRENCEVILLE, GA, please consider that a CREDIT CARD (business/personal) will be mandated by said company and serve as your sole payment option. In addition, based upon fare and/or date availability, web-based and/or airline carrier fare deals are available for your event. Advance booking is suggested.
If you and/or your ministry are not able to render Country Pace Travel Inc. a credit card for said purpose, you will be required to send DAUGHTERS OF DESTINY INTERNATIONAL a CERTIFIED CHECK or a MONEY ORDER. Please consider that we will only accept a money order issued from the United States Postal Service, Western Union or Moneygram. The travel sum must be received by our Headquarters within two (2) weeks of the confirmation of your ministry engagement. Immediate notification and strict adherence to this policy is strongly encouraged to ensure the best available rates. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our Official Ministry Airport Transportation Agencies, AAA AIRPORT EXPRESS and BOSTONCOACH, will be the sole recipients of our airport travel needs/itineraries. Please consider that each ministry/organization will be asked to furnish the estimated sum to cover the airport transportation of Founder Lucas, her immediate family and/or ministry support team (Armorbearers) to and from your event venue. If BostonCoach does not provide service within your city, a comparable agency will be procured by our ministry office. In addition, based upon fare and/or date availability, your ministry will be required to provide DAUGHTERS OF DESTINY INTERNATIONAL a CERTIFIED CHECK/MONEY ORDER to cover the travel sum, within two (2) weeks of the confirmation of your ministry engagement.
