PROPHETESS DR. KEMBA JARENA LUCAS, FOUNDER & CVO
Our Founder and Chief Visionary Officer, Chief Midwife and Chief Planter, Prophetess Dr. Kemba Jarena Lucas, is a woman of God armed with a prophetic veracious voice, contagious courage, liberating love and flaming faith. As God’s Prophetess, she ministers globally as a destiny midwife delivering words of healing, edification and deliverance, while teaching believers to execute the practical précis needed to secure what God has declared unto their lives.
Whether ministering to the young or young at heart, her creativity is awe-inspiring and transcends age, gender, culture, and social standings. As she stands to declare a word, in her prophetic garb (costumes) and purposeful props, her ministry application defies what one was most times prepared to receive in a usual proclamation setting. However, armed with eighteen years of ministerial preparation, Prophetess Lucas always delivers a word that brings renewed life and a refueling respite for those in need of alignment to effectively fulfill their divine destiny and mandate.
In 1997, she founded Daughters of Destiny International (DOD Intl) – an international faith-based ministry and organization to train and equip girls/young women (ages 2-39) and their families with the tools needed to fulfill their divine destiny and the divine mandate given their local ministry and/or church. Eleven years later, the effectiveness of DOD Intl is evident through the lives of those who dare to be Daughters of Destiny. Thousands of girls/young women and their families throughout the United States, South America, the Caribbean, Africa, Bermuda and Canada have been blessed to partake of this ministry. As a result of their local and national retreats, conferences and crusades, far more have committed and re-committed their lives unto the Lord. In 2005, she founded ZERÁ – A Promising Place of God’s Friends and Worshippers.
When one enters the life-walk of Prophetess Lucas, her prophetic garb changes, but her character and anointing remain a constant reflection of the honor God bestows upon one who walks with God. Whether hopping “I believe!” during ZERÁ’s Faith That Sticks Church School in Northern Georgia Community Parks, teaching hundreds of thousands via the Sis, You Need A Word From The Lord! Broadcast, one of the twelve (12) Internet Ministry Components of Daughters of Destiny International, or creatively equipping the next generation via the "Me & My Preachin' Momma" Sunday Series, an online radio ministry co-moderated with her daughter, Prophetess Lucas unconventionally continues to make a mark that cannot be erased.
