CHIEF VISION COORDINATOR (CVC)
Provide executive support to our Founder/CVO regarding ministry entity implementation, design, and business presentation/packaging. CVC would communicate with a diverse group of special leaders, liaisons, and contacts in ministry and marketplace. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, organize diversified workload, and recommend activities, with minimum supervision and/or preparation. Placement requires a minimum of five (5) years in a visible, vocal role within a faith-based international entity, a valid passport and driver's license, two (2) employment references, one (1) personal reference and (1) ministerial reference. The Preferred Candidate would have a master's level education (at minimum), a flexible work schedule that allows moderate-frequent travel, and extensive documented experience in such capacities.
MINISTRY AMBASSADOR (MAM)
Provide inter-personal support to the Membership and Partnership of Daughters of Destiny International. In addition,MAM will execute community-based appearances, along side our Ministry Ambassador Junior (MAMJ), as a support to our Chief Vision Coordinator (CVC). At times, she will be asked to present the DOD Platform in the stay of our CVC. During ministry events, she is responsible for the processing of Membership and Partnership materials, along with the presentation of such. She will work with a diverse group of special liaisons, and contacts. She will serve as the "adult" media voice for Daughters of Destiny International. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, organize diversified workload, and recommend activities, with minimum supervision and/or preparation. Placement requires an exceptional media voice, outstanding editing skills, a valid passport and driver's license, two (2) personal references, and one (1) current ministerial reference. The Preferred Candidate would have a master's level education (at minimum), a flexible work schedule that allows moderate-frequent travel, and extensive documented experience as a communicative voice for faith-based entities.
OFFICIAL MINISTRY CHARACTER (MC)
Provide activity support for the teaching/training team of Daughters of Destiny International and our Founder/CVO, as required. MC will be required to wear the Official Ministry Character costume and be responsible for its care. In addition, she will make public appearances to diverse groups and cultures during ministry events, or community outreach events. Teaching reinforcement/activity planning for our youth membership is required, in conjunction with our Chief Curriculum Officer (CCO) and Ministry Ambassador (MA). MC would communicate with a diverse group of special liaisons, and contacts. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, organize diversified workload, and recommend activities, with minimum supervision and/or preparation. Placement requires a criminal and driving background check, valid passport and driver's license, and two (2) personal references. The Preferred Candidate would have extensive experience in said capacities (five years at minimum), a flexible work schedule that allows moderate-frequent travel, and an extensive, documented, media portfolio.
PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (PRO)
Provide media relations support as required to Founder/CVO. Deals with a diverse group of internal and external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities of the PRO include the publishing and forwarding of all Ministry Engagement Forms, Press Releases, and all ministry media relations. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, organize diversified workload, and recommend changes in practices or procedures. The Preferred Candidate would have a minimum of five (5) years of media relations, and/or event planning experience for faith-based organizations/growing business. Knowledge of licensing/trademark production, mastery of foreign languages, internet programming, and radio/television production is strongly preferred.
RESOURCE OFFICER (RO)
Provide research and support materials, calls, and correspondence as required by Founder/CVO. Deals with a diverse group of clientele as a form of aftercare within the parameters of para-ministry support. RO orchestrates and designs on-site servicing for all ministry sponsored events. Responsibilities include external calls and site visitation, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, organize diversified workload, and recommend changes in practices or procedures. The Preferred Candidate would have a minimum of five (5) years of research, clinical social work, and/or community outreach experience.
VISION OFFICERS/COORDINATORS (VO/VC)
Administer all facets of DD (Daughter Divisions) within a local Chapter. Functions to include: recruitment of local chapter membership and leadership, teaching of curriculum, and local administrative duties to ensure the Mission and Mandate of Daughters of Destiny International are fulfilled. VO/VC would represent their respective chapter at all national and international board meetings. They align with the vision and leadership of our Founder/CVO. Current leaders of Daughters of Destiny with one (1) year of experience, or candidates willing to attend trainings that will incur cost (within a three-six month term) need apply.
